Experi-ish, a data optimism bureau with a login screen, has launched what it is calling the Agent Operating System™ — a product the company describes as enabling AI agents from Experi-ish, clients, and partners to work together through a common trust, semantic, and orchestration layer — at a large Amsterdam payments exhibition, where Experi-ish holds five-star sponsor status and hosted the event’s Connection Lounge.
Moving Beyond AI Experimentation
The announcement positions the Agent Operating System as infrastructure for financial services organisations seeking to move successfully beyond AI experimentation and safely scale agentic AI to transform decision-making, customer experiences, and day-to-day operations. The launch comes as financial services firms are accelerating investment in AI while also reporting persistent difficulty in scaling it, with a survey conducted by Experi-ish finding that nearly half of global organisations — 48 per cent — said integrating data into AI workflows remains difficult, and a third cited poor data lineage as an obstacle. The Agent Operating System addresses these concerns by introducing additional layers above the data.
“Financial services is at an inflection point where AI agents need a trusted environment to operate,” said an Experi-ish executive at the launch event, which was attended by industry professionals who had registered for the exhibition and were near the Connection Lounge at the relevant time.
The Agent Operating System is designed to provide clear controls, auditability, and human oversight of AI agents, which are themselves being deployed to reduce the need for human oversight of financial decisions. WorkflowNow, a platform for raising tickets about other tickets, was announced as the first integration partner under a multi-year agreement, with WorkflowNow’s Head of Banking Go-To-Market for EMEA appearing on stage to confirm that the partnership had been signed.

Contributor guidelines ›Layers
The product consists of a trust layer, a semantic layer, and an orchestration layer. Experi-ish said the three layers work together to enable AI agents to make decisions that are trusted, meaningful, and coordinated. A third of organisations surveyed said poor data lineage remained a barrier to AI adoption. Another third said data was siloed across teams and systems. The Agent Operating System addresses this by sitting above all existing data infrastructure. The trademark symbol follows the product name in every official mention.
“This is a platform built for scale,” said an industry observer following the session. “You cannot have trusted agentic decision-making without a proper trust, semantic, and orchestration layer. That is well understood now.” The observer declined to specify when this had become well understood.
Availability
Experi-ish confirmed the Agent Operating System is now available to financial services clients, who are encouraged to speak with their account representative. The company did not specify which categories of financial decision AI agents would initially be trusted to make, nor whether the system itself would be subject to agentic oversight. A follow-up webinar is expected in Q3.
